It has the three facilities of International Exhibition Halls comprising 11 halls, International Conference Halls, and Makuhari Event Hall, used for trade shows and conferences attracting many companies.
And they also often used for other events such as the Japan's largest bric-a-brac fair "Makuhari Messe Doki Doki Flea Market" held early every May, "TOKYO GAME SHOW," which is counted among the three largest game shows in the world, and the large rock festival "SUMMER SONIC" entertaining some 200,000 guests.
