SAZANCA handmade watches

In adherence with its core policy of “manufacturing that is only possible by hand,” Sazanca creates all of its watch parts by hand at its Funabashi studio, with the exception of its watches’ movements, hands, and crowns. Production begins with the metal sheets and acrylic plates used in watches first being cut with a coping saw, while the belt is cut from cow leather. These are watches right out of Funabashi, as even the brand’s name, “Sazanca,” is derived from the local sasanqua camellia plant.
