We are especially proud of our 13 tennis courts. The Funabashi Municipal High School soccer team practices here too!

 In this 5.7 hectare park, even larger than Tokyo Dome, there are 13 tennis courts, a ball game field, a multi-purpose open exercise ground for recreation, and the "Children's Court" with playground equipment. The nickname "Grasspo" is a Japanese portmanteau of "Grass" and "Sports" chosen when the park was opened.

 The ball game field is used practice grounds by Funabashi Municipal High School, a powerhouse team in high school soccer.

*The tennis courts are open 8:30 - 16:30 (open until 18:30 from May to August), and the multi-purpose exercise grounds are open 9:00 - 17:00.
*Elementary and junior high school students are only permitted until 17:00 (16:30 for the tennis courts)

Directions

From Nishi-Funabashi Station North Gate No. 3 Bus Stand, ride a Keisei Bus bound for "Kiribatake", "Nakazawa", or "Fighters Town Kamagaya", get off at "Otsuka Glass", and walk 1 minute.
From Magomezawa Station North Gate No. 2 Bus Stand, ride the Chiba Rainbow Bus "Flower-Go", get off at "Este City", and walk 3 minutes
