"Sports gyms" tend to have a high threshold, but the at "Funabashi Arena", the training room is just ¥540 for 2 hours (training in advance is required), and the pool is just ¥430 for 2 hours (discounts available for children and students).

Home arena of the pro basketball team Chiba Jets
Funabashi Arena is the home arena of the Chiba Jets, one of Japan's most popular pro basketball teams.
On game days, this arena with capacity of over 5,000 turns red with the team colors, and the voice of fans cheering "GO JETS!" can be heard echoing from inside.
